To consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 along with the limited review of the Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve sale of stake in subsidiary company subject to approval of shareholders in terms of provisions of section 180 of the Companies Act and rules made there under through postal ballot and other necessary statutory approvals.
