Pursuant to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of the Trading in securities by 'Designated Persons' for Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons shall remain closed with immediate effect, i.e., 1st January 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021 being published. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.
