| Aayush Food And Herbs Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 30th May, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company at 370-A/2, First Floor, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi- 110017 to consider, interalia, Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 and other business, if any, with permission of the Board. Further to our notice dated 1st April, 2022, the Trading Window for dealing the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the company till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022.
