With due reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Ms. Preeti Kataria has submitted her resignation as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 18th June, 2022. The Company has accepted her resignation and is in the process of appointing a Company Secretary who will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company. You are kindly requested to take note of the same.
