Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that SEBI has passed an Order dated March 28, 2023 against Abans Commodities (I) Private Limited ('ACIPL'), a step down subsidiary of the Company under regulation 27 of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 ('said SEBI Order'). As per the said SEBI Order, the Certificate of Registration of Abans Commodities (I) Private Limited (bearing number INZ000059831) has been cancelled with immediate effect.
