Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'). <BR> <BR> The said Unaudited Financial Results together with the Limited Review report of M/S S.R.
