| Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose a copy of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Statement of Cash Flow, as approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2022, along with the Auditor's Report issued by S R B C & CO LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby declare that, S R B C & CO LLP, Statutory Auditors have issued the Audit Report with unmodified opinion for the year ended March 31, 2022. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 2.20 p.m. | |
