In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 15th April, 2022 approved the Appointment of Mrs. Sushma Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director) with effect from 15th April, 2022. Mrs. Sushma Jain is appointed on the Board of the Company for a term of five years, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
