ACE Edutrend Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Provision of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020. <BR> Further, Securities and Exchange Board of India additional relaxation pursuant to the Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May, 2020, exemption from publication of advertisements in newspapers, as required under Regulation 47, the Company will not be publishing the aforementioned notice for this quarter.<BR>
