| Ace Men Engg Works Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 10th August 2021 inter-alia to consider and Approve Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its ''designated persons'' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company''s equity shares from July 01,2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.<BR> | |
