| As per Regulation 23(9) SEBI (LODR) every listed company shall be required to submit 'disclosures of related party transactions' within 30 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year.<BR> This is to inform you that, read with Reg. 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the above-mentioned provision shall not be applicable to our company as the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs. 10 Crore i.e. Rs. 0.64 Crores and Net Worth of the Company is less than Rs. 25 Crores i.e Rs. 21.48 Crores as on the 30th September, 2021.<BR> Therefore, please appreciate that submission of disclosures of related party transactions under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended September 30, 2021 shall not be applicable. Whenever this regulation becomes applicable to our company at a later date, we will comply with the requirements of the above regulations within six months from the date on which the provision becomes applicable to our company.<BR> | |
