In continuation to our press release dated 30th August, 2021, we would like to inform that our capacity expansion of 160,000 units of Quartz Kitchen Sinks at our Bhavnagar plant in Gujarat has been completed. The commercial production of additional 160,000 units has commenced from today i.e. 28th June, 2022. The manufacturing capacity of Quartz Kitchen Sinks has increased from 840,000 units to 1,000,000 units per annum. This disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We request you to take above disclosure on record.
