Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2022 upto 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors, to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, will be informed in due course. Accordingly all connected/ designated persons and their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
