This is with reference to captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 05th October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the half yearly and year ended on 30.09.2020.<BR> During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company's shares.<BR> The date of the board meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for half year ended 30th September, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
