Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 13th July, 2023 to Thursday, 20th July, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Thursday, 20th July, 2023. The Company has fixed Thursday, 13th July, 2023 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
