This refers to your letter No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/PD/2021-2022/653 dated 13th September 2021 seeking clarification from us regarding significant movement in the price of our security at BSE Limited in the recent past. <BR> <BR> In this connection we wish to state that on August 25, 2021, the Company had informed BSE, that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to seek the approval of the Members of the Company for Material Related Party Transactions by way of Postal Ballot.
