ADC India Communications Limited-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons which was closed from October 01,2020 shall remain closed till November 12, 2020.<BR> <BR>
