Adcon Capital Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 to consider and approve following agenda - 1. To consider and if thought fit, to approve the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Minda from the Board of Directors; 2. To consider and if thought fit, to approve the resignation of Mr. Sandeep Jha from the Board of Directors; 3. To consider and if thought fit, to approve the resignation of Statutory Auditors of the Company and to appoint new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy, subject to approval of Members in forthcoming AGM.
