The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 18, 2021. Has inter alia, considered and approved the following business, Subject to approval of shareholders of the company;&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1. The Board of directors considered and approved the matter of Increase in Authorized share capital of the company from INR 11,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Eleven Crores Fifty Lacs Only) to INR 22,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Two Crores Fifty Lacs Only), and alteration of clause V of memorandum of association of company; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. The Board of Directors considered and approved the issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 7:10 [i.e. 7 (Seven) fully paid up equity shares for every 10 (Ten) equity shares held by the equity shareholders];&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Considered and approved all other businesses item as per agenda circulated.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 05:00 PM and concluded at 05:45 PM.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Please take note of the same on your record, &lt;BR&gt;
