| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please find herewith enclosed Postal Ballot Notice.<BR> <BR> The Company has entered into an arrangement with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for provide E-voting facility to Members of Add-Shop E-Retail Limited, the voting period for E-voting shall commence from Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. IST and end on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. IST.
