With reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct read with clarification issued by BSE Limited vide Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02/04/2019, we hereby inform you that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares & securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employee and Connected Persons from 1st April, 2021. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2021.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for adoption of Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2021 will be intimated separately to exchange in due course.<BR> <BR> Please take note of the same on your record. <BR>
