| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 24th of May, 2023, have approved the following: 1. Appointment of M/s V K P & Associates, Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor for conducting an internal audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24. The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-A 2. Appointment of M/s S. Khurana & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2022-2023 and 2023-24.
