Please find below the major outcomes of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today, the 17th day of February, 2021:<BR> The Board of Directors has approved the change of name of the Company from 'Adhunik Industries Limited' to 'Incredible Industries Limited', subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot and other necessary approval, if any. The name availability is granted by the office of Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India vide its Letter dated 10th February, 2021.<BR> The Board of Directors has approved notice of Postal Ballot for change of name of the Company from 'Adhunik Industries Limited' to 'Incredible Industries Limited'.<BR> It was further decided to take cut-off date for notice of Postal Ballot as Friday, 26th February, 2021.<BR> This is for your information and record.
