This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, Aditya Birla Capital Technology Services Limited ("ABCTSL") and Aditya Birla Money Mart Limited ("ABMML"), both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, at their respective Meetings held today, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement for merger of ABMML with ABCTSL, under Sections 230 - 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Ahmedabad and other statutory or regulatory approvals, if any.
