This is further to our letter dated October 27, 2020, whereby we had intimated that the Company had fixed November 27, 2020 as the 'Record Date" for the purposes of Redemption of CP, due on November 30, 2020 ('maturity date').<BR> <BR> The maturity date being a bank holiday, the CP amount has been duly paid today i.e. on November 27, 2020.
