We would like to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Employees of the Company from September 23, 2021 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2021 to the public (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all directors and employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> The above is for your information and record.<BR>
