Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation, owing to his Organizational movement with the Aditya Birla Group. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company and his Last working day with the Company will be October 30, 2024 (Close of Business Hours).
