Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Parag Joglekar, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation in order to pursue career opportunities outside the Company. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company and his last working day with the Company will be September 13, 2024 (close of business hours).
