| In Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that as per the recent directives issued by the State Government on 04th January, 2022, offices will operate with reduced strength (with 50% employees) from 06th January, 2022 and this will continue till 21st January, 2022 to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Yo! China Restaurants and Take Away Express, Food & Beverage section will operate only with 50% of its Dine-In capacity and 9 to 9 Banquet Hall will also operate with 50 persons only at a time and with all the preventive measures. The duration of this situation will depend upon further directives to be issued by the State Government in this regard. | |
