| Aditya Consumer Marketing Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/03/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 25 (3 and 4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 31st March, 2022 through video conference mode, inter alia to transact the following business: 1. To review the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as awhole; 2. To review the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; 3. To assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors that is necessary for the board of directors to effectively and reasonably perform their duties 4. Any other business that may deem necessary with the permission of the Chair. | |
