| We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 25(3 and 4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company held on Thursday, March 31, 2022. The Independent Directors of the Company at its meeting discussed the following business: 1. Reviewed the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole. 2. Reviewed the performance of the chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors. 3. Accessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors that is necessary for the board of directors to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. The meeting commenced at 2:30 PM and concluded at 3:00 PM. | |
