1. Considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2025.
2. Approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Yashovardhan SInha (DIN:01636599) as Chairman & Managing Director of the company
3. Approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Atul Sinha (DIN:08948807) as Independent Director of the company
