| Please find enclosed herewith a copy of Postal Ballot Notice for seeking consent of the Members of 'Aditya Vision Limited' ('the Company') to pass the proposed resolutions mentioned in the notice, as Ordinary Resolution/Special Resolution through Postal Ballot only by voting through electronic means ('remote e-voting').<BR> <BR> In compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circulars No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 and No. 33/2020 dated September 28, 2020, this Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, November 20, 2020. The communication of the assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system.<BR> | |
