Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company as defined in the Code of conduct for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from, Friday, October 01, 2021 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours (both days inclusive) after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board Of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021.
