| The following is the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held today: 1. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015 for the half year ended September 30, 2022 along with Limited Review Report and affirms their satisfaction over the results of the Company; Further, a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates., the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial Statement and the same is enclosed as Annexure I. Kindly note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m. | |
