| This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e., Friday, February 12, 2021, which commenced at 04:30 p.m. and concluded at 07:30 p.m. In the said meeting, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 were approved, amongst other things.<BR> Please find attached/ enclosed herewith the following:<BR> i. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> ii. Copy of Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors, M/s. Praveen & Madan, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the said Unaudited Financial Results.<BR> The said results will also be uploaded on the website of the Company at www.adorfon.com and published in the newspapers<BR> | |
