Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with clarifications provided by NSE in its letter vide Ref no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2 April, 2019 and BSE in its letter vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2 April, 2019, we wish to inform you that the trading window of the Company will be closed from 1 January, 2021 till 48 hours after the<BR> declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter ended 31 December, 2020. The said period of closure of trading window has been intimated by the Company to its Directors, Designated persons and their immediate relatives on 30 December, 2020 in accordance with the Company''s Code of Practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.<BR> Further, please note that the notice of Board Meeting for approving the UFR (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December, 2020 shall be given in due course.<BR>
