| ADOR WELDING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 03 November, 2020 regarding intimation of postponement of the Board Meeting from Thursday, 05 November 2020 to Thursday, 12 November, 2020 for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30 September, 2020 along with Segmentwise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed for the quarter & half-year ended 30 September, 2020 and as on 30 September, 2020, respectively and the Statement of Assets & Liabilities as of 30 September, 2020, we wish to inform you that the said Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 02 December, 2020, as certain information from an overseas customer with respect to a project executed by the Company is still awaited due to lockdown on account of COVID-19 situation in that country, and as a result of which the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) could not be finalized & reviewed by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. | |
