| ADOR WELDING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 05th February, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2020 alongwith Segmentwise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed for third quarter & nine months 31st December, 2020 and as of 31st December, 2020, respectively.<BR> <BR> Further, as already informed vide our letter dated 31st December, 2020, kindly note that the trading window of the Company has been closed from 01st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2020 i.e. till Tuesday, 09th February, 2021.
