Pursuant to Regulation 30(2), Schedule III Part A Para A, wish to inform you that Mr. Manoj Kumar Maheshwari (DIN: 00012341), Non- Executive & Independent Director of our Company, has resigned today i.e. w.e.f. 07th December, 2020 from the Board of our Company due to pre-occupation. Mr. Manoj Kumar Maheshwari has confirmed in his resignation letter that there are no other material reasons other than pre-occupation for his resignation.
