Singh has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five (5) years with effect from 10th November 2020 to 09th November 2025.<BR> <BR> Mr. J. P. Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and also holds a Master's diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Marketing & Management. He has rich and varied experience of over 35 years in the banking sector.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to a special resolution passed at the AGM of the Company, Mrs. Priya Somaiya has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for the second term of five consecutive years with effect from 04th May 2020 to 03rd May 2025.<BR> <BR> Dr. Somaiya holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Allahabad University, India. She is an HR Consultants of repute with vast experience.<BR>
