| ADVANI HOTELS & RESORTS (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2022 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2022 and consider, approve and declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, if any. Further, we would like to inform you that as per the 'Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider trading' and pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its ''designated persons'' regarding closure of the Trading Window from April 1, 2022, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public, i.e., May 22, 2022 (both days inclusive). | |
