We hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting No. 4/2025-26 held on Monday, 12th January, 2026, inter alia other businesses, has transacted the following main business:
1.Considered operational alignment opportunities, including tolling structures, between Aelea Green Energy Limited (WOS) and Aelea Commodities Limited.
2.Reviewed and discussed the Company's short- and long-term capital planning, including equity infusion into wholly owned subsidiaries and deployment of funds for investments.
