| Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 and based on the certificate received from M/s Skyline Financial Services Private Limited (Registrar & Transfer Agent) we hereby certify that the certificates of security received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended March, 2022 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by our Registrar & Transfer Agent within 15 days of receipt of such certificates. Further, we hereby confirm that the security certificates received and accepted for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as Registered Owner. Further, the certificate of securities which were dematerialized has been listed on the stock exchanges. Kindly take the above on record and oblige. | |
