This is in furtherance to our intimation on the Outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 29th December, 2022 where the issue of fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company was approved by way of a rights issue for an amount of not exceeding Rs. 4500.00 Lacs (Rupees Forty Five Hundred Lacs) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable laws.
