Further to our letter dated May 24, 2023 with regards to 100% acquisition of YouAppi Inc. by Affle International Pte. Ltd. (AINT), a wholly owned Singapore subsidiary of the Company, this is to inform that the acquisition has been completed as per the Share Purchase Agreement entered between AINT and the shareholders of YouAppi Inc.
