Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 30th May, 2022, at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2022, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, please note that the window for trading in the securities of the Company has already been closed from April 1, 2022 for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and shall continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
