| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015 and in continuation of our earlier intimations dated 18th December, 2020 and 1st May, 2021, wherein we had informed that The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) had initiated investigations with respect to alleged dumping and subsidizing of certain grinding media from India based on complaint filed by Magotteaux Limittee, located in Magog Quebec and CBSA had imposed interim duty of 32.2% on certain grades of grinding media exported from India into Canada pending the final determination on the matter. <BR> <BR> Now CBSA has completed its review and has proposed to impose duty of 22.00% on certain grades of grinding media exported from India into Canada subject to the final decision in this behalf by The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) with respect to determination of the injury/damage, if any, which is expected by end August, 2021. | |
