Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held through video conferencing or any other permitted mode on June 30, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020, together with the Auditors' Reports thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2019-20.<BR><BR>Further, as intimated earlier vide intimation dated March 31, 2020, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from April 01, 2020 up to the expiry of two working days after the date of declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2020.
