| AJR Infra And Tolling Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we inform you that the Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, 13th November, 2021, to consider and approve, inter alia, the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> Further, please refer letter dated 30th September, 2021 and in terms of the provisions of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Company''s Shares by all the Directors, Designated Employees and Designated Persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021. | |
